Frequently Asked
Questions
What Is Prayer
Force One?
When we speak of Prayer Force One, we are actually
speaking of three different things that individually
work together to form a forth. First, Prayer Force
One is the name of a bus, our flagship, which is
used to tour the country as we promote prayer for
national spiritual renewal. Second, Prayer Force One
is the name of a book written by our founder, former
Oklahoma Senator, Ed Moore. This book describes the
birth, purpose and plan for building a national
prayer movement. Third, Prayer Force One is a
syndicated newspaper column available for use by
newspapers, magazines and other publications.
Collectively, Prayer Force One is a Christian
ministry whose objective is to call America back to
God by heeding the admonition of II Chronicles 7:14

What Is The Promise Of II Chronicles 7:14?
II Chronicles 7:14 is a promise given by the LORD,
showing the way back to His blessings when once a
nation has collectively sinned by forsaking God.
This was the verse that Ronald Reagan placed his
hand upon when taking the presidential oath of
office in 1980. This verse serves as the ministry
blueprint for Prayer Force One. It reads:
If My people, which are called by My name, shall
humble themselves and pray, and seek My face, and
turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from
heaven, and will forgive their sins, and will heal
their land.”

Is Prayer Force One A Political Movement Or
Organization?
Absolutely not. We neither endorse political
candidates or political parties. Even our stand on
issues of the day are embraced on Biblical and
spiritual grounds, and not as part of a political
agenda. Prayer Force One is an ecclesiastical
ministry, operated by a local church on a national
level. This ministry seeks to reemphasize the
necessity of God’s favor as the primary means of
securing heaven’s blessings upon our nation.

What Are The Objectives Of Prayer Force One?
Prayer Force One’s primary objective is to send
forth a national call to prayer and to organize
national day of prayer called, “National Prayer
Force One Sunday”, to be held on November 2,
2008, the Sunday before the next Presidential
election; and every subsequent national election
thereafter. In order to do this we encourage the
voluntary formation of “Prayer Wings” in
churches, homes, businesses and on every American
college campus. We also accept invitations to
conduct multi-church Prayer Force One Rallies and
citywide Prayer Force One Crusades.

Why Is National Prayer Force One Sunday Held
On The Sunday Before The National Election?
The timing for this national prayer meeting is
scheduled on these dates in order for God’s people
to ask for Divine wisdom in the selection of
national leaders and to seek Heaven’s blessings upon
the outcome of the elections. This is not a get out
the vote drive, but a spiritual appeal to God, and a
reaffirmation of our nations utter dependence upon
the LORD.

What
Is A Prayer Force One Operation?
Nearly all of the endeavors of Prayer Force One fall
under one of our specially stated projects, called
“operations.” For instance, the birth of Prayer
Force One is termed “Operation Launch.” A
rally or crusade might be called by its city name
such as Operation Chicago, and so on. By so
naming the various projects we feel it is easier to
set goals, with specific deadlines, etc. We also
believe that such well-defined missions give our
supporters a clearer view of the objective as well
as to appreciate the resources that will be needed
to make these operations a success.

A Prayer Force One Rally is a multi-church
effort organized in accordance with the guidelines
of the Prayer Force One Team. These rallies are
encouraged in order to raise the spiritual awareness
within a community concerning our nation’s spiritual
need for God. In each rally there will be inspiring
messages brought by representatives of Prayer Force
One, and encouraging words by cooperating pastors.
In many cases, Ed Moore and our flagship, Prayer
Force One, may be scheduled to make an appearance. A
citywide, Prayer Force One Crusade differs
only in the size of the effort. To learn more, click

Prayer Force One recognizes the vital importance
that churches play in the fabric of our society.
Being a local church ministry, we also
recognize the unique protocol and courtesy that
pastors have a right to expect. In order to help
churches get the maximum benefit with the least
intrusion, we have designed a weekly bulletin insert
that churches can use to promote prayer for national
revival in accordance to II Chronicles 7:14.
Churches may also use the fifty-two Bible studies
contained in Part II of the book, Prayer Force
One Across America, as bulletin inserts.
Permission is hereby granted. Pastors are also
encouraged to explore the possibility of hosting a
one-night Prayer Force One Rally or larger Crusade.

Part II of Prayer Force One Across America,
